Although Kami Liddle is primarily a tribal dancer, she also is not afraid of incorporating the different styles of belly dance she studied. When she was 18 years old Kami started with belly dance but soon became inspired by Fat Chance Belly Dance.
Kami's style is what she calls a modern fusion of cabaret style, hip hop, jazz, contemporary dance, bhangra and traditional oriental dance. In addition to her solo performances, she works together with other dancers such as Samantha Riggs of Boom Boom Bollywood and Sabrina Fox of Atash Maya Dance Company and percussionists like Ruben Van Rompaey (Holland) and Ishan.
Nominated for the Best Interpretive Artist for 2005 and 2007 by Zaghareet Magazine Kami Liddle won also the title of Entertainer of the Year 2005 at Wiggles of the West. After getting a Bachelor's Degree University of Nevada, Reno Kami moved to the center of ATS, the San Francisco Bay Area.
Kami joined the Bellydance Superstars in 2005 and is featured on the performance DVD Tribal Fusions: Exotic Art Of Tribal Bellydance. Kami currently resides in San Diego and teaches workshops and performs internationally.Improv Drum Solo with Ruben van Rompaey
